Excellent

Every time I had a question pop up in my head, I clicked next one the current sheet was complete and found my answer to the question. It's like turbo tax was one step ahead of me, I just needed to calm down and go through the process. Super easy to use.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TURBO TAX

Turbo Tax was very easy to follow, the guides helped me to do my taxes in record time. I liked being able to do a little and return to where I left off.
What's great about it: EASY TO FOLLOW

Easiest Way to File Taxes

I will always use Turbo Tax. There is no software that I have more trust in.

One Big Problem - had to start over near end

I was almost done, and then Turbo Tax said the Health Insurance section was 'almost ready' -- needed updating. I had just downloaded the software that morning, and it said it checked for updates during that process and all was ok. I searched online and found out that was a common problem. After hours of work, I had to shut it all down, close the program, reopen, and then it did install an update. I then began again . . . . not happy . . .
What's great about it: Quick and easy once updated
What's not so great: Had to restart when 99% done because health insurance section was not updated

I Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and I don't think I will ever go a different route. Turbo Tax is the best. My taxes are done in less than an hour on a Saturday morning. Yippee.
What's great about it: Easy and Fast.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything negative to say about Turbo Tax
