I've been using Turbo Tax 13 years now. It works great for me.
What's great about it: Straight forward and efficient
What's not so great: None really
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A Little Disappointed

I have been using TT for over 10 years now. And while the program is still user friendly, I felt it could be even better with a little tweak here and there. Mainly, why couldn't the necessary information that was asked regarding the 2014 tax return be imported into the questions asking for it in the 2015 tax return. And why couldn't the 1098 statement be imported from my mortgage lender also? Just some of the items that if implemented would rate 5 stars!
What's great about it: Still very much easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't import enough information

What a pain to print up forms when finished! Never had this problem in the past. Maybe for protection from hackers? I'm a
self taught computer nerd, been doing my taxes for years. . . .but keep it simple, eh?!

Deluxe CD Turbo Tax 2015

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I have never had this many problems. The software itself was great but the import from It's Deductible wouldn't work because the "account was locked". It was locked because of the recent security changes on the Intuit websites. It took tech support nearly 6 weeks to get me a clean User ID and password that the system would accept. Once I had that, everything worked perfectly.
What's great about it: The question and answer format worked as well as it always has.
What's not so great: Intuit and Turbo tax websites were a nightmare. I was locked out for 5 weeks and tech support was useless.

Never got my Refund

It is the best program to work with but I have my questions about the accuracy of state returns.
What's great about it: I like the logic, pathways, and explanations.
What's not so great: I never got my refund from 2014 from state of Michigan
