Frustration

There was no easy way to figure out how to sent state returns manually. We never did figure out how to do it. We just printed all the forms that we had saved as a pdf. No instructions on how to mail the State tax forms except on the forms themselves. Thought Turbo Tax would have helped us understand how to do that.
Haven't had this problem in prior years.

What's great about it: calculations done for you

This software takes the hassle out of filing taxes, particularly if they are relatively simple without a lot of itemization. I particularly like the ease of E-filing

I have used Turbo tax for many years and always loved the product but i did feel that the program was not as easy to use and navigate this year .
What's great about it: uses information in all areas to avoid duplicate typing and input
What's not so great: this years version seemed a little less user friendly

Very good for walking through the tax return

Excellent product for my taxes with schedule c and K1 forms. I have used Turbo tax for years and I have no significant complaints.
What's great about it: Transfers personal information from previous year's return
What's not so great: Transfers banking information to Federal return but not to state return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved
