I have used Turbo Tax for the past 6-7 years. I find it through and easy to use.
What's great about it: I lovethe way turbo tax walks you through each tax category
What's not so great: I found the HSA information some what confusing

Minor Annoyances

My job title is "Director of Data Science". This is too big for the Utah form, so I had to figure out how to go back and change it when I was filling out my state forms. Should be a way to do this more easily.
Also, entering a correct nickname was annoying. Why do they need to be unique?

The best in tax software!

I had always had my taxes done by a family CPA. I was late getting it done so decided to use turbo tax this year instead of having it done. I used the same tax information that I gave to CPA and turbo tax nearly doubled my refund. Talk about being happy after seeing that refund, I was on cloud 9. Every year from now on I will be using turbo tax. I had used turbo tax years ago and remember that I had a nice refund back then, and this time also. Very easy tax software to use, wouldn't use any other.
What's great about it: Easy to use, biggest refunds, couldn't be easier!
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not as easy as prior turbo tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years,since 2005 and found this the hardest to work with.
Also had a number of problems setting up efile for my state taxes.
took me almost twice the time to do my taxes this year

Hard to find and complete my return

Had to hire a tax agent because was not sure about taxes. Also one issue, Microsoft does not allow you to access the C drive any more with Explorer, hence when you save the files on an old computer that had the operating system updated, I can not retrieve files
What's great about it: If you are filing basic return great
What's not so great: have issues like selling property, not so great
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I had not used TurboTax in many years but gave it a try again for 2015. Unfortunately, I feel that TaxCut is a better product and will likely go back.
What's great about it: Simple questions
What's not so great: Not as good as TaxCut
