Not quite up to expectations this year

The handling of the IP PIN really left the user on their own. The software doesn't ask for it. The rejection dialog doesn't take you to it. Some of the links in the related help text are dead.
What's great about it: It's still Turbo Tax
What's not so great: IP PIN & Reject form handling. Didn't seem to carry over as much from previous tax year

stress relieved!

Leonard from Georgia was awesome - patient and kind - went the extra mile to help download when my cd didn't work.
Mark was great also - he called back when we got cut off - he was having issues with Alabama forms - gave me his number to assure me I would be able to get in touch with him
April was able to help me with the Alabama issue I was having and walked me through to the end!
All three were honest when they were having trouble - I loved that! Nobody does that anymore!
What's great about it: patience, professional, honesty
What's not so great: technical snafus and long phone waits(understandable at deadline)

Great Product - Easy to Use

Turbo Tax has always been easy to use and fast. There is also a great community when help is needed. I seem to recall there being more after tax analysis (comparing to prior years, national averages, etc.). Would like more of that. It would be good if It's Deductible included more categories and items. But all and all, a solid product.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy to Use
What's not so great: Wish for more detail and items in It's Deductible. More Year over Year Analysis

Easy breezy lemon squeezy!!!

Will continue to recommend to all our friends. Wished we had started using it years ago. Would have saved us major $$$. TurboTax was able to find us more $$ than we thought we would!

2015 Buggy this year

Program hung in three spots while doing taxes. Program did not do that in previous years. I was disappointed this year. I will use the program again next year but if it is as bad as this year, I will try a new tax software product.
What's great about it: Gets Job Done
What's not so great: Takes way to long to do taxes because of the program hangs
