TurboTax saves the day and the dollars

The app easily walks you through your own paperwork and personal situation and you never even have to see a tax form, much less figure out what goes where. So easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy, walks you through simple categories
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Issue with the state return filing and the fee. They want to confirm my identity and had an outdated email address to verify with. I selected the other option, which it said would take longer, but it didn't seem to do anything. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Issue trying to pay for filing state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Quick and easy. Lead me through each step and left me feeling confident my taxes were done right!

I FOUND IT EASY TO USE AND I LIKED THE FACT THAT I COULD SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON WHO WAS PATIENT WITH ME.
What's great about it: i was pleased with the service when I spoke to a live person.
What's not so great: Once in a small sub section, had to repeat same questions if I was going back to review or look at my answers

Good software to walk you through taxes

Overall, I'm very happy with using Turbotax and will be using it next year. It helps explain different items and eliminates most confusion regarding tax laws and what to file.
What's great about it: Helpful Information For Each Item, Detailed Questions in Everyday Language
What's not so great: Online Version Will Not Let You Print For Free
