I did it

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years now and have always found it very easy to use. this year was the only time I can remember having a problem. when I went to e-file my state return it wouldn't allow me to go to my account at intuit.It worked itself out a few days later or I might have done something different but tax returns filed. So another year done.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: efile glitch

Love TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years and it has improved every year. I do my family's taxes as well and have never had a problem. I just follow the instructions and go from there. Thank you Intiut for this great product!

Smooth and simple

Did my taxes for the 15th straight year with Turbo Tax. Good experience as usual. Makes a stressful job much less so. Only gripe is sometimes things aren't allowed, which I understand, but no feedback as to why not. May be too complex or too many variants to provide feedback?
What's not so great: would like more feedback on why deductions, etc. aren't allowed

Waded through my 2015 tax return using turbo tax. I have used it for several years in a row. I knew going in this year that we would owe a lot of money. Sadly, Turbo tax showed that I was correct. Did my taxes early, but did not file. Turbo made it easy to revisit the taxes several times trying different things to lower the taxes. Paid them using efile on 4/15.
What's great about it: Makes it easier
What's not so great: Old computer really had a slow time

Always easy

I've been using TurboTax for many years, and this year's version is the best ever. Truly simple to navigate, but plenty of information in the areas where I had questions. Terrific!
What's great about it: 3 hours from start to finish, able to skip areas not applicable to my situation

Turbo Tax filing

Well executed system to file federal and state income tax returns. Unfortunately, the added 21/2 percent up-charge when using credit card to pay one's income tax debt only adds insult to injury over the whole process of squaring with "Uncle Sugar".
What's great about it: Step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: 21/2 percent filing fee when using a credit card.

Good Software besides return submission errors

Multiple users have issues submitting their returns. TurboTax should have take care of this issue. This is not acceptable!
