Turbotax needs improvement

Overtime wanted to log in to Turbotax I was told there was a new version available, did I want to download it. I was not given the option to say NO to the download, and the download would take me 15 to 20 minutes. This was very annoying.
I could not open the turbotax application just by double clicking the file I was working on.
Turbo Tax failed to pick up all of the data from my 2014 return. So I had to go through last year's data to find it.
Then program was too patronizing in its language.
I plan to find a different tax program to use next year. I had used Turbotax since the days it was called MacInTax. It has been on a slow decline for the last three years.

Way to File!!

Turbo tax much easier than any other Tax Filing resource!!!
What's great about it: Super easy to fill out even if itemizing
What's not so great: Didn't know how to get back into started taxes easily

I love Turbo Tax and have used the program for over 10 years. I always get the best refund and accuracy. The program is extremely easy to use for me and the Deluxe program covers EVERYTHING. Turbo Tax took me through getting an EIN and declaring my business with the IRS. I have been extremely satisfied with this product. Each year it gets better and better. Keep up the good work.

I have been using Turbo Tax for decades, yes, decades, I will continue for a few more, would never use another service for my Tax returnes.
What's great about it: Great Questions!
What's not so great: Importing information from banks
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Program

This is a great program for non-accountants. It takes you through everything step by step. There are links throughout for getting explanations for items terms you might not be familiar with and help to see if you qualify for any deductions or need to file something other than the ordinary. It analyzes and advises what method will get you the greatest deductions. I tried another program a few years ago and found Turbo Tax to be far superior and have stayed with it from then on.
What's great about it: Explains EVERYTHING
What's not so great: Can't think of anything
