I have been using TurboTax for 7 years and it keeps getting easier and faster.
I used to pay an accountant to do my taxes so I wouldn't miss any deductions. Now their money stays in my pocket where it belongs!

Easier than going to the dentist!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now and would not consider going to an accountant unless my financial status becomes much more complicated.
What's great about it: easy to walk through
What's not so great: had to go back through previously completed areas to move on

Once again TurboTax comes through!

My wife started a business in 2014. We had a tax service familiar with that business prepare taxes last year. We moved early this year, so I went back to the Premier version I have used prior to last year. Struggled though some of the business aspects, and it I suspect it would have been better to use Home & Business. Next year. Even so, the step-by-step instructions were amazingly helpful. I have used TurboTax for years, and I can now include a home-based business. I'll use Home & Business next year. 2 thumbs up for TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, allows step-by-step or looking at specific forms
What's not so great: Home & Business would have been better for my use

Misled on transfer of data from 2014 H&R Block ret

Advertising said that info would be transferred from a prior year H&R Block return. This statement apparently was a lie & I consider it to be false advertising! This shortcoming was confirmed in a phone call to your representative.
TurboTax continues to build on their history of lying to the consumer. Remember last year's form fiasco? Very disappointing to me.

Turbo Tax continues to be an excellent product for those of us who want to tuffitout and do our own taxes but are not accountants. The directed format is thorough, clear, and concise. The help resources are also thorough. Thanks to your staff for a great tool.
What's great about it: utilized directed questions- product is clear and concise. Helpful resources readily available.
