I like the program but I did not like that the final check caught something that the previous reviews missed.
What's great about it: Generally easy to use
What's not so great: The reviews prior to filling did not catch everything

This customer did not provide a text review.
What's great about it: TurboTax employees I worked with on the phone were very nice.
What's not so great: TurboTax updates didn't work with Windows 10. Had to do manual updates which could not be done without help of person o

Love It Except...

I've used Turbo Tax since 1987. In some of those years they have had the option of alphabetizing the companies paying dividends. This is very useful is you have a fair number of companies and often add new ones. However, a year or two ago they discarded this option. It is possible to click on the heading and have the list alphabetized briefly while editing, but it keeps reverting to the order in which the companies were entered (sometimes years before). This is most frustrating when printing out a copy of the return for checking against one's 1099s.
What's great about it: easy to use year to year
What's not so great: TT will not alphabetize companies paying dividends
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I am a 10x user of Turbo Tax. I like this product more each year.
What's great about it: Ease of answering all questions
What's not so great: repeating some information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Generally good product, needs better access to those unusual changes. For example, I used 3 vehicles during the year for business purposes; but the software doesn't provide for that, I had to add an occupation category for the same job twice to add the replacement car for the one I stopped using part-way through the year.
What's great about it: good hand holding, figuratively speaking
