What's great about it: All the routine info was entered automatically from previous year's Tax Return. Very 'stress free' experience!!!

I like the format for Tax year 2015. I would recommend you not change it as you seem to so each year.

Turbo-Tax is by far the best program available...The same can be said about the Customer Service that I received...simply outstanding!!!
What's great about it: Received outstanding technical help from Alex who was able to identify the challenge I had reported.
What's not so great: None whatsoever anymore now. Have been using TurboTax since 2004 & will continue using it!!!!

Don't waste your money on a tax professional. Turbo Tax is user friendly - the only way to do your taxes.

Easy Refund

Wish it was easier to exclude state tax, since we don't have one in NH. Overall I really love this program, and I use it every year.
What's great about it: Easy to work with
What's not so great: doesn't need state tax in NH
