What's not so great: Hard to obtain Gov forms not actually used in return, exp. Gift tax form

Ive used Turbo Tax for The past 8 years and have been extremely pleased with the accurate tax calculations I suggest to all my friends and clients to use this product.

Switched from Windows to Mac this year...thought it might be a little more challenging, but things went smoother...another very good TurboTax experience.
What's great about it: Seemed even more streamlined
What's not so great: Had to look a little harder for PDF options

After completing a section the program takes you back to the top of the list. It should take you back to where you were.

It would help the step-by-step process where, at times, it is confusing and you wonder if you are on the right path. Would like to see the ability to overview (simple, graphical) how the info entered is related to getting the right answer. Example, HSA info entry and results is disjointed and leaves you wondering if you are getting the tax break that program should provide.
What's great about it: Overall very good at stepping through and asking guiding questions. Help is easy to find, specific to area being worked

Filing state by mail could be easier

TurboTax once made filing state taxes by mail easy but now guides you only to e-file at extra cost.

What's great about it: Walks you through the entire process in a manner anyone could understand.
