FAST

Started and finished in 2 hours, easy to use. Of course doing your taxes in TAX day is allays harrowing..
Walked me through finding what documents I needed (which most of which were in a box)
Great, will use again next year. Very Happy...

Great, easy, loved the imported info for comparison. My state has no income tax but the software keeps trying to make me file. It'd be nice if it already knew my state's status.
What's great about it: just fill in the blanks
What's not so great: kept wanting to file state

Intuit charges more for electronic filing than the IRS. At least give the seniors a reduced rate for filing. Next year I will just mail the State Forms in.
What's great about it: The ease of application
What's not so great: The fee to file the State of Michigan Return.

Awesome Service

This is my second year to use Turbo Tax and it made doing my taxes so much easier. The walk through is awesome and it remembers things you may have forgotten. I look forward to using it again next year.
What's great about it: It was like a walk in the park with your best friend.
What's not so great: When I decided which program I needed I felt like I couldn't get out of the program I was in.

Simple and quick filing

Have been using the product for years and meets my needs. Very easy to use and intuitive to most tax situations.
What's great about it: Simple
What's not so great: Should have a window while answering the questions to actually see progress on the foms.
