SMOOTH AND EACY

Turbo Tax is very user friendly. Found the "help" tools to be especially useful in determining where to enter information. Will definitely use this product in the future.
What's great about it: easy to enter information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TURBO TAX IS MY BEST FRIEND!

Turbo Tax is the best tool I have ever used to file my taxes. Investment income, Social Security, Retirement funds, etc. It knows how to deal with all of it including Obama Care. And it's ten times cheaper than a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, knows all the answers, and helps me through the tax mess of all the Obama care stuff, social security, etc.
What's not so great: Zero

I have use Turbo Tax for the last 10 or so years by either using turbotax.com or purchasing the program from the store. I have loved it from the first year, it is so easy and fast. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience(s)!!!

Difficult!

Previous years have been easier to use. This year I felt like if I didn't already know some things about taxes and filing I would not have received the refund amount I was entitled to.

Always Goes Very Well, Half The Time On Turbo Tax

I have done my Tax return for about 4 years with Turbo Tax. I feel very comfortable when I get done and send it to the IRS. No worries. Turbo Tax is the way to go.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy, Takes no time to prepare a return.
What's not so great: None.

It was very simple to Load up and import my info from last year
that was a big help and filing e file was fast no problems thanks for making this as painless as possible
