Turbo tax is a great tax program but it takes forever to start and load.
What's great about it: Quick and efficient
What's not so great: takes a long time to load and start
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax - Mental Health Savior

Turbo Tax has always been very helpful and I appreciate the changes made annually. This year is the best ever and I have used it for at least 10 years

Helped me to file my taxes

At first I tried to download the TurboTax program, but the program only wanted me to do my taxes online and didn't seem to permit me to transfer the prior year material to the online program. This was going to require a lot of extra work. So . . . I went out to the store and purchased the Program itself, loaded it and everything worked smoothly from that point.
What's great about it: Abundant help, clear, methodical, thorough, helpful
What's not so great: Download confusing

Incorrect early screen

Wh the screen saying Turbo tax does not support YOUR LOCATION which is United States???????
What's great about it: All except Title
What's not so great: Early screen misleading, bought another version at store,same problem

Simple to file

Easy to follow guide but could improve steps so you don't have to click page to page. Outline at the start of the program with boxes to check as what you want to do and then let program automatically follow the required steps would be helpful.
What's great about it: Easy top follow steps
What's not so great: Nothing

I have used this product for years in including at the time-Macintax. It gets better every year.
