What's great about it: good easy questions and directions
What's not so great: nearly imposssible to discover the sourse of num,bers that are a combination of several amounts entered.

TurboTax covered all the bases again in fine fashion. I have used your tool for multiple years. I intend to use TurboTax for 2016.

Easy and fast 2015 Tax Return

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so.
Re-populating from last years return is a great time saver and my favorite feature. So glad I am guided through and do not have to study the tax code.

TurboTax Helped me straighten out a messy return!

I went through a divorce last year and sold my home at a loss. TurboTax walked me through all the gory detail of capturing and reporting alimony and home sale costs, plus all my usual deductions. I've been dreading doing my taxes this year, but TurboTax took care of me.
I was up late trying to pay for e-file, but was blocked from logging in to pay the state fee. I called the next day though, and was given a code that waived the filing fee - nice touch of customer service.
What's great about it: TTax walked me through the complicated parts of my return this year that I'm not used to dealing with.
What's not so great: Spent 4 hours just trying to pay for efiling my state taxes.
Pros: I moved
