Finally Finished

The biggest complaint I have is how slow it is to navigate around the site. The software wants to take you back to early stage, and moving forward time consuming. Going thru forms to find what you want is frustrating. I wasted a lot of time moving from screen to screen to find what I needed. May, or may not use Turbotax in the future. Last year it was so difficult, I quit and went to a CPA.
What's great about it: Eventually finished and filed
What's not so great: navigation around site difficult and slow, how to correct errors not well explained

This Procrastinator's best resource

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have always been pleased with their service. It easily handles my very simple financial life (job, student loans, modest retirement plan). It prompts me every step of the way. When I have prepared my return on my own it has eaten an entire day or more but with Turbo Tax I'm done in just a couple of hours.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy
What's not so great: .....hmm......don't know any.

Got a refund!

I like this application and have used it many times. Switched to a free site last year through another carrier, and that did not go well at all. Will stick with Turbo Tax desktop or online.
I have had (and may still be having) a problem with Federal accepting my return, which also delays the State return. I should have printed and mailed it and will probably do that in the future.

What's great about it: The process is easy, and I trust that everything is accurate.
What's not so great: Difficulty getting through Federal accdeptance.

REview of Turbotax 2015

Have used it for several years now and like it. Takes me about a day to do my Fed and State returns but saves me having to go to an accountant and sitting there while he does the data entry that I can do myself with TTax. I plan on continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Good walk thru guid
What's not so great: Somewhat Convoluted and hard to decipher on some itemsi

Have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. Can't say enough about it...by far the easiest and most helpful tax prep software available.
What's great about it: Too many to list!
What's not so great: None!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's easy to use and the program asks all the questions you need to complete your taxes quickly.
