EASY!

I like that it asks all the questions to help jog my memory about things I did that can be tax deductible. It's easy to follow.
Takes the anxiety away that comes with paper and pencil. Help is just a click away!

Turbo Tax Deluxe for 2015

I have been using TT for many years with good success. My taxes aren't particularly complicated but I trust TT to get them right.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Most data transfers from previous year. Good support.
What's not so great: Paying to e-file.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

THANKS AGAIN TURBO TAX FOR A NEW AND IMPROVED TAX PROGRAM. DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD MAKE IT BETTER BUT YOU DID.
What's great about it: THE FLOW OF WHAT TO ENTER AND WHEN IS SO COMFORTABLE TO FOLLOW. EACH TEAR TURBO TAX MKES IMPROVEMENTS TO A PERFECT PROGR

First Time User Long Time Bystander!

As a first time user, and previously a long time by-stander who for years watched my friends save money on their taxes by using Turbo Tax (TT) , I was surprised of how painless if was for me to complete my first returns using TT . At first, it was a little difficult to navigate, like all new software, but after a short time I got the hang of it. I started looking forward to reading the nice and supportive messages prompting you or giving you clear explanations to each question. Being a first time user, I wanted to compare my 2014 CPA's return with my 2015 TT returrn, and discovered that TT covered the same tax areas as my CPA had in 2014. Also, TT provided me with organized and detailed reports for my records, such as my tax history report , charitable organizations, student history, W-2 Summary and Wage and Tax sheet, etc. This was far better than my handwritten notes, legal pads and post it notes I used to keep my records. Needless to say, I am now no longer a TT by-stander but a TTTU (True Turbo Tax User)!
P.S. The State return process was awesome!

What's great about it: Questions were simple and easy to understand covering all of my tax needs. Liked the running total showing your refund!
What's not so great: Difficult trying to figure out what amounts I entered that contributed to "Other Income" & "Interest Income"

Preparing my tax returns was stress-free

Turbo Tax is a product I swear by. It always makes preparing my income tax returns easy and I no longer dread doing them! Also I have saved hundreds of dollars in accountant's fees by using Turbo Tax. I've never had any problems e-filing or receiving my refunds in a timely manner. Finally, it is easy to save your tax return to a PDF file and then print it whenever you need it. This is definitely a worthwhile tax preparation program and I recommend it to all my friends.
What's great about it: All questions were asked in an easy to understand manner, easy to work on the forms I knew I needed
What's not so great: Could be a few less screens to get it all done
