Some challenges

Being able to fill in forms from information on my computer was much more helpful. I had to fill in each section because I was not able to access my last year's filing through my old email address. The option to use the same information stored on the computer should be available.
What's great about it: 6th or 7th year of using turbotax...
What's not so great: I was not able to access my information from the previous year, because I had changed email addresses.

Turbo better than the green block

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2011 till 2014 Turbo changed some stuff and I chose to use the Green block. Now I see the difference!
I'm a believer! 2015 Taxes did with Turbo and I will say it was much more pleasant.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Here Again !

I would like the individual subject area not to return to the top of the page when done with an area. Then have to scroll down again and again over the same areas. It takes up time and can get confusing after you have been working on similar areas for 5-6 hours.
What's great about it: I like the guided interview and the reviews to be sure nothing has been overlooked.
What's not so great: More less technical language especially in the investment areas would be helpful.

My experience with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and am totally satisfied with the software and experience.
What's great about it: Excellent, Easy to Understand, Quick
What's not so great: Help areas should be improved to explain mistakes like incorrect entries due to formatting errors

Great experience. I missed out on money last year because the software didn't ask if I had additional state income tax withholding to add to the income section.
What's great about it: Very detailed
What's not so great: Suggest adding prompts for additional state Income tax withholding.
