Only one problem ... still: amazingly easy

Everything worked. But for whatever (stupid) reason, I assumed TurboTax automatically saved everything if you stopped before completing everything. I love everything and had to start over.
Also: I made some mistake in my state postings, and a salary of 24M appeared on screen. I couldn't figure out how to change this; and thus I had to exit--again, without being able to save.
What's great about it: All instructions clear; TurboTax knows what to do!
What's not so great: Not clear how to save during process.

Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have really never had any issues with it.
What's great about it: I can take my time doing my own taxes.
What's not so great: Examples aren't clear enough.

Reliable as ever

I like that it is so detailed even though it takes a little longer because the it may reveal something I should have looked at when completing my taxes that I would have forgotten about.
What's great about it: Thorough questions and very detailed.
What's not so great: I don't need most of the questions answered so it takes a little longer to do itemized.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 Personal Income tax returns, State and Federa

Will be inclined to go to a local tax preparer to handle preparation of tax returns in the future. Could get done in minutes what Turbotax requires that takes days to enter and file.
What's great about it: Well organized but requires a lot of personal analysis
What's not so great: Impossibliy difficult e mail filing procedure.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What Turbo Tax Needs

I think Turbo Tax is great, and I prefer it to the H&R Block software.
One thing I thought would be a great addition would be 'Tips',
based on your questions.
For instance, when you ask if the refund money will be re-invested or simply spent, it would be nice to see an explanation of the pros and cons of both. Know what I mean?
Sort of like a tax advisor!
Otherwise, you guys are doing a great job.

p.s.. ran into some issues trying to input my auto registration and health insurance information; the program kept saying it would get back to those things, but in the case of the auto registration, I had to go looking for it, and in the case of the health care info, I had to re-input it. Perhaps you have yet to iron these things out..
What's great about it: User friendly interface. Quick!
What's not so great: Not much.
