I have been using Turbotax for six plus years and have always enjoyed the experience. There are many checks to ensure the accuracy of your return.
What's great about it: Easy to use. User friendly!
What's not so great: I have not found any yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Saved me - not hours- but days of work!

What's great about it: Stepping from one topic to another with guided instruction.
What's not so great: Somewhat difficult to get back to specific area pointed out for correction in trouble shooting guide.

Like a dentist that is painless, Turbo Tax takes a necessary pain and makes it bearable.
What's great about it: Quickly covers all topics
What's not so great: It doesn't tell you when it properly transmits the return

I love the way Turbo Tax is very thorough in taking you through the entire process of filing your returns. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

For the most part Turbo Tax was pretty easy to use. It would be nice if it they had a customer service number to call when you need help.
What's great about it: It guided you through fairly easy.
What's not so great: It could give better definitions for some of the deductions. The online cost could be less expensive.
