Easy to use

Appreciate the ease of use. Only con is if you do not finish all in one sitting, getting back and forth is sometimes a bit tedious. I wish there was some kind of a drop down menu that I could look at to pick where I wanted to land back in the document.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Navigation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007. Never any issues. Never had an audit. I like that the information from previous year carries over to make it easier to complete my taxes and do a comparison to earlier tax years.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Ability to edit / update and know the projected taxes / refund.

Some information is difficult to find where to ent

Even though I clicked on the tab asking Turbo Tax to walk me through each line I still had to go back and find where the state sales tax was entered. The program is extremely user friendly and makes it easy to walk back and forward and if you had to shut down it does save and let you start where you ended.
What's great about it: Makes a great record of what you did from one year to the next.
What's not so great: For states here there is no Income tax the questions should not be required.

Raised My Return

Having left the full time work force and returning to college as a part time student, I started watching my budget. I was concerned about the cost of paying my Tax accountant. After using Turbo Tax Deluxe, I feel rather confident that I prepared just as accurate return with the step by step guidance that Turbo Tax provided us that she would of charged over $300.00 for. Thank You Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: It walked us thru every section of the tax preperation process.
What's not so great: Didn't find any as of yet
