Suggestion

When the program decides that I should take the standard deduction instead of itemizing, I would like to see the difference between the two. Granted, you can find it by digging, but it should be automatic.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow the process
What's not so great: No real problem but would like to compare itemization versus standard deduction

credit payment needs to be improved

I can not get my payment (by credit card) go through your system twice (once for downloading state form, once during e-filing).
I have to call Turbo Tax and talk to a representative to fix this problem. :(

Have used it for years

I have used turbo tax for more than 30 years. I have seen improvements over the years which made filing my taxes easer and more efficient, as well as accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to use, able to load my W2 automatically, keeps history
What's not so great: Cost is reasonable, but would like to pay less
Pros: I bought or sold investments

ERRORS

This product did not prompt me to receive all the deductions I am entitled to PLUS I realized that it allowed me to file errors in past years!
I hope they live up to the guarantees because the IRS may be calling me.

makes the complicated simple

I have used TurboTax for years as our life situations changed from married and both working with no children, to running my own business and having a child at home, to child off to college, me working a regular job again and my wife on social security disability. some years have been very complex and yet TurboTax sorts it all out very simply step by step. I have saved thousands of dollars compared to hiring a tax accountant or preparer and received my best possible refund or amount owed. The fact that TurboTax has multiple levels of programs to choose from and can import your data from previous year saves a lot of time and work. I love it.
What's great about it: step by step instructions for all our various income, expense, and credit catagories
What's not so great: have not found anything that I do not like about TurboTax yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

There are a couple of improvements that would be helpful. If e-filing Fed and mailing in state, but getting a refund for state, would be an improvement to be able to add checking account information for state electronically. Currently have to claim e-flle, enter the information for the checking / saving account, and then back out of e-file to have the electronic information in the return.
