OK, but lost a couple of hours to a bug

Most years, TurboTax has worked fairly well for me, although it typically requires lots of unnecessary clicking through information I've already entered in case I need to change something. This year, though, I hit a bug that lost me a couple of hours -- I eventually figured out how to work around it (in about the same time as their predicted phone wait :/ ).
The bug: it copied information incorrectly from my federal schedule C to my state schedule C (including the owner of the business), and wouldn't let me change it.
In case anyone else hits this bug, the work-around was to add an additional business to my Federal return (a copy of the correct business), then delete the original business. (The opposite order -- deleting then adding -- doesn't work.) The incorrect business still stayed around on my state return, but clicking "don't file this form" makes the extra business harmless.

Easy peasy!

So much easier than paper! A cumbersome 5-6 hour process was reduced to 2.5 hours (other than gathering records) of ease.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, super timesaver over paper!
What's not so great: The donations portion was clunky and not intuitive.

A lot of reading

There has got to be a way to eliminate screens. I had to read the same thing several times on back to back screens. It happens so often in the program that it's tempting to skim read or skip paragraphs which is where i'll miss something important. Consolidate! Eliminate duplication of information.
Overall good job.
What's great about it: Thorough and instill confidence
What's not so great: Too much of having to read the same thing over and over.

Rocked my complex return, even with ESPP headache

What's not so great: I want to efile federal return and mail in state, not clear how to do it

I'm a senior citizen and feel very intimidated and hesitant to do my taxes by myself. But I followed Turbo Tax carefully and answered every question as I went along, and it turned out great! Thanks for a wonderful product. Even I could do it.

I have used Turbo Tax deluxe for many years to quickly and accurately complete the unpleasant task of filing income taxes. I use the program to get the job done efficiently and to keep up-to-date on the current tax laws.
What's great about it: Easy to use detailed tax program that I have faith in

Another easy tax filing

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for more years than I can remember. I think since they introduced it. Every year filing gets easier and easier. I think I could probably file now without the walk through, but I feel better knowing that all topics have been covered and I didn't miss anything.
What's great about it: Ease of filing, idiot proof.

Solid software, have used it for years. Deductions for charitable donations are easily made. Some concerns about security of my info on my desktop; don't know if that's a turbotax issue or something else. Overall continues to be solid, easy to use.
