What's great about it: i was able to complete the forms

I don't know how it can be easier. I'm using this software for 10 years and never been disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy to file. Simple guide for each chapter.

Please Make the Software Work

Had issues with being able to open saved files. Especially encrypted files. Did taxes, needed one more thing, I could not go back to the saved file and open it up again. Said it was the wrong tax year. Had to start all over again with my taxes. It cost another 2 hours. I am using a Mac and it seem Turbo Tax the past few years has had issues with Mac software. Not sure why, but has been frustrating. I am going to rethink if I will use again in the future, tired of having to spend hours troubleshooting and getting no help from support. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it used to have no issues. That is not the case. When it works, it works great.
What's great about it: Transfer files and ease of use
What's not so great: Each year there is a new technology software and product does not work right

Easy to navigate but why you charge me for state return. Later I found out that other software did not charge for state return.

Great Turbo Tax

From last year, I do not remember Turbo Tax telling me that since I am over 70-1/2 years old that I have to take a RMD.
This does not apply to ordinary, regular payments in the form of a pension.

What's not so great: A little confusing on 1099-R, not an IRA

Better and Better!

I have been using TurboTax every since its first release. Was that more than 15 years ago? Wow! My taxes are relatively simple. I claim deductions and have a few investments, but nothing like foreign investments or rental property, for example. TurboTax does a wonderful job of laying out the steps for me. I love also the integration with ItsDeductible, one of the most helpful apps I have ever used. Thanks for an excellent product again for 2015. The little glitches keep getting smoothed out!
