Easy as pie.

TurboTax is extremely fast and easy. It guides you through the tax preparation process and ensures accuracy. Any questions or doubts can be answered through the help/what's this function. Whenever I've made a mistake, TurboTax highlights it, calls it to my attention and ensures I correct it. I don't like complex hard to understand, impossible to follow programs. TurboTax is a joy to use.
What's great about it: fast and easy
What's not so great: nothing.

Unless you have very unusual circumstances, this will get the job done with as little hassle as taxes can be.
What's great about it: Had all the forms, simple fill-ins, quick
What's not so great: Explanations aren't always complete

OK, But !

Have used it for several years & is generally easy to use. BUT even though it kept saying that it was reviewing everything & that everything was OK, it waited until just before filing that it said something on my W2 was wrong. If the dollar amount couldn't be more than $81, why couldn't it figure that out when I entered the # instead of waiting until I was done??

What's not so great: waited until the last minute to say something was wrong

I've been using TT for many years, and really appreciate the easy click and go interface. I always use the feature where TT walks me through everything, and skip the items that do not apply to me.
I have peace of mind that my tax documents are accurate.
What's great about it: EZ, Quick, Thorough, Peace of Mind
What's not so great: Quirky updating program, and opening docs in Mac OS

I love using turbo tax. Very efficient and easy to you. I have never had a problem with IRS as long as I have been using turbo tax. Good job guys of keeping me in line and out of harms way.
What's great about it: Easy of use and location of specific topic easy
What's not so great: Why not file state tax free as well

Very intuitive. Great product. It was designed with even some of the rarer aspects of tax code built in. As a clergy member I have used other tax software that was unable to handle the nuances of clergy tax code. TurboTax Deluxe handles this with ease.

Trouble Printing State Return

Overall I love Turbo Tax. My biggest complaint is that if you choose to not file the State return by efile it is very difficult to figure out how to print the State return seperate from the federal.
What's great about it: Reliable, fast, convinent
What's not so great: State is much harder to understand than federal
