Great Software

Like all but having to remember which items in category I already reviewed as it takes you back to top not to where you left off in the category,
What's great about it: Asked questions first for each category
What's not so great: Takes you back to top of all categories when continuing

I'm unhappy

I've had nothing but trouble with TTax this year. It is my last year using it. I could not file my Ohio taxes because I could not download the forms. So I went to the Ohio Tax site and used their forms to file my Ohio taxes. It took 10 minutes and their refund is on its way. I keep getting notices that TTax updates are available, yet after 10 minutes of trying to download them all I get is a long meaningless error message. TTax 2015 is a real disappointment.

Charitable mileage page needs to be improved

Charitable mileage page is not workable. I make multiple visits per month to numerous locations with my therapy dogs. The way the milage page is set up I can not show the total miles for the year. it only gives me the option to make numerous trips of the same mileage to each location which doesn't work in this situation. Hope you will improve this before next year.

Best program to do your taxes hands down

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This is the best program out there. It just keeps getting better and better. Wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Great for people with tax knowledge or beginners alike

you do not need to have a knowledge of taxes. Just answer questions and enter data carefully. easy to use!

Once I had all of my paperwork together it took me 3 hours to do my 2015 taxes with Turbo Tax. Also I got a nice return.

more things need to be explained when doing taxes. I like it when there is a window that pops up and explain to you what it means or what you need. Things change and sometimes you really would like more of an explanation
