I am not very adept at doing taxes and things and to me it seems to easy usually and then I think I have screwed up. Turbo tax walks you through 1 question at a time very straight forward and very in English common sense. Even I could figure it out.
What's great about it: very easy straight forward

Everything went well except that I was not given the opportunity to choose how I wanted to determine estimated tax payments for the next year.. The federal program never asked me directly what I wanted to do regarding estimated taxes. Through a series of trials and errors I finally was able to define what the payment should be based on the scenario I chose. When I finished with the current year taxes on the state portion of the program, it actually asked me what I wanted to do vis-a-vis estimated taxes. It was straight forward as the federal should have been. maybe I missed something, but the extra effort on the federal side was a real pain.
What's great about it: straight forward - easy to use
What's not so great: estimated tax needs work

Great way to go if your taxes aren't complicated to the point where you need to speak with an accountant.

I have used TurboTax for several years, both for business and personal taxes and it just gets easier to use each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This form is a very frustrating requirement to get my forms printed for filing. Cut it out! Also I was unable to get this program to allow me to file electronically. Very frustrating.
What's not so great: This requirement is rediculous
