Nice n Easy!

Enjoyed the experience. I had the program guide me through all the steps completely. Program had me find papers I needed to help increase my refund. When I had questions, the info buttons provided all the answers I needed. As an electrical engineer, that was good thing!
What's great about it: Clear instructions, help info helped a lot
What's not so great: No cons!

BEEN USING TUBO TAX FOR AS MANY YEARS AS IT HAS BEEN AVAILABLE. EVEN AT 79 YEARS OF AGE I CAN USE TUBO TAX.

My 2015 Experience

Generally very good and easy to follow, but when it comes to the more difficult situations there is not sufficient help online to be certain one has made the right choices and input the necessary information. Much improvement could be made in this area. User forums are not sufficient.
What's great about it: Easy to move around the tax forms and information on most questionable items.
What's not so great: More esoteric situations, e.g. K-1s, are much more difficult to get insight into what is required.
