you are no help at all. IRS web sight wont work refuses my pin # wont use my AGI What is wrong? have done the efile 5 tomes and still wont go

Everything is easy to use and understand. I feel confident that everything has been considered.
The home office information didn't port over from the Federal to the State correctly. It mixed up the taxpayer info, it was very difficult to figure out how to over ride and correct the error.

What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: When something isn't right it's difficult to find a way to change it.

Long time continued Turbo Tax user!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and I still like the way the process is accomplished with the step by step questions. My taxes would be even easier if I kept up throughout the year with the It's Deductible website -- which I plan to do this year...and just import the data. My process was a little more complicated as I had business expenses and income this year, but with the questions I got through it using the Deluxe version.
What's great about it: Ease of use with step by step questions still a great process!
What's not so great: Business expense questions were difficult for me

Out for More Revenue

After the fiasco last year of eliminating Schedule C from the Deluxe version, TurboTax has not learned that customers are vocal about changes. This year, TurboTax decided to make the customer figure out how to print their State return. For the first time, there is no option to click to print the State return or a copy for your records. The reason is to force the customer to file electronically and pay them an extra fee.
What's not so great: Constant offers to upgrade

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it makes the process fairly painless. Writing the check to the IRS is the only painful part of the experience.
What's great about it: simple step-by-step
What's not so great: I would like to see some "what if" scenarios that can be used to plan for next year's tax situation.

Terrible state

I cannot believe that I was charged taxes for brokerage dividends in PA, when it knew I live in Florida. I had to file an amended return for the 1st time in my life.
The interview in the PA state did not ask about this.
Will be switching to another tax program.
