Turbo-Tax is easy to use if you keep good record through the year. I especially like the previous years download to compare. 99% of the questions are east to understand.. We have used this method for 7 years and no mistakes so far!!!!!!

Rocked my Refund at lighting speed

It was easy to use just answer the questions and the program tell you if you doing it right or you miss something it make me feel a professional tax men :-)
What's great about it: easy to use this year was a lot easier than last year
What's not so great: there is no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy program

I only had one problem. Couldn't find where to enter the amounts for my estimated voucher payments for State. Didn't see it on federal or state. But all I had to do was ask the program where it was and there it was. Didn't realize it wouldn't be on the state form but was on the federal. Not a major problem.
What's great about it: Intuit stands for intuitive and this program sure is.
What's not so great: Can't think of any major problems

Concise and easy to follow

I have been using Turbo Tax ever since it came out many years ago. Each year I think that it could not get better and each year it does. I do the long form and it takes me less than an hour to complete the process. I also e-file and usually get my refund within two (2) weeks. I actually look forward to tax season since I started using TurboTax.
What's great about it: easy to follow step-by-step instructions, easy navigation, concise explanations of requirements
What's not so great: Difficult to see overall picture of complete form

Turbo tax makes filing easy

I love using turbo tax, its easy accurate and I get my refund super fast through e-file. I love that it imports my w2 so I don't have to.

Have been using Turbo Tax for the past 16 yrs. and will never use anything else to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Cheaper than using a Tax Service

We've been using TurboTax for over 25 years now, it's the ONLY tax service we've used.
What's great about it: very plesed with the way TurboTax walks you through each item
