Reprentative for Questions

Calling TurboTax sales and representative is easy but I have to either wait or get a call back. I did a call back 3 times and the call back prompt is hard to catch need to be more clear and repeated at least 3 time before the call is cancelled. Aside from this the representative are very helpful and pleasant. I have used Turbo tax for at least 20 years and I loved it because it is easy to follow.
What's great about it: Very helpful and pleasant people to talk to
What's not so great: Hard to understand call back prompt

Easy Peasy

Clear and concise, step by step instructions throughout process. You can easily pick up where you left off in completion of your forms. I highly recommend TurboTax for all individuals and small businesses who want their taxes to be done in an expedient, proficient and cost effective manner.

I am so happy I finally used Turbotax!!! I was so afraid to do my own taxes in fear that I would make a mistake. This was so simple, I felt like kicking myself for all the years I have paid others to do my taxes. Turbotax is very informative and answers all your questions as you go along through the process. I am a currently a stay at home mom who enjoys saving the family money and I did that by using Turbotax. You can't beat it. I feel empowered! I did my own taxes through Turbotax!

Reliable and accurate

I love the fact that I can always go online and get the software that was purchased. This really helps when I change computers.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax since the early 2000's and I have never been audited.
