I've used this for years and have always found it easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Federal is fine - state needs one change

What's not so great: the state portion needs to take into account, the federal exempt portion that is also exempt for the state also

For the average tax payer that would use Schedule A & B and perhaps some of the other standard forms, Turbo Tax is excellent. It will walk you through each step by asking questions and by your replies, it takes you through the appropriate forms.
Individuals that have more complex returns, I still recommend that they use the services of a professional tax preparer.
