I don't e file state returns, I mail them in but to do that apparently you have to reprint the en tire series of returns. waste of paper ink and time.
What's great about it: easy to use and very through
What's not so great: Can't access state returns easily
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PROCESS AND SECURITY I HAVE USING THIS PRODUCT.

What's great about it: SIMPLE , EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!
What's not so great: HAVING TO CALL AFTER BUYING IN A RETAIL STORE TO GET THE DOWNLOAD, BECAUSE I DONT HAVE CD ROM ON COMPUTER.

Thorough and Relatively Easy to Use

My only criticism is that Intuit/TurboTax does not offer discounts to returning / repeat customers. Like so many corporations, you offer a good product but don't think that customer loyalty needs to be rewarded.
What's great about it: Requests for info are asked in simple easy to understand English.
What's not so great: Nothing significant with the application itself.

Been Using Turbo Tax for Years

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and have never had a bad experience with this product. I have recommended Turbo Tax to all of my family and friends.
What's great about it: Very helpfull and Informative.
What's not so great: Coul'd not find any cons with this product.

I like how you can back up and review. Also you can stop anywhere and resume. You can see the actual schedule or form anytime. You can do "what if" situations and maximize the refund.
What's great about it: tips for additional info was great
What's not so great: did not allow me to submit schedule C
