It should be easy for retired folks who have only investments and retirement income.
What's great about it: Very clear instructions. Have all information at hand: only "goods contributed" tale a little time.
What's not so great: None, really.

TurboTax is very easy to use. I do wish there was a separate screen that actually asked you if "The IRS sent you an Identity Protection PIN and, if so, enter it here". It would eliminate the dreaded notice "Rejected by the IRS" and save alot of time of where to actually put this Pin.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Should have a screen for IP Pins

Makes our life easier

Every year the program seems to get better and better with the explanations to the categories. It definitely has made it so that I am sot spending so much time figuring out the tax reports. It's bad enough having to do them and the psychological effect - this reduces the pain :-)

My 10th Year Using Turbo Tax

I rely on Turbo Tax to accurately file my taxes. I have never had any problems & it always finds all of the deductions I am legally entitled to. All this at a reasonable cost.
What's great about it: Extremely Easy & Very Accurate
What's not so great: Uses Old/Discontinued EMail Addresses

I like using Turbo Deluxe for its ease and checking features.

What's not so great: incoorporating Schedule D info into 1040
