Most frustrating Turbo year ever.

This is the most frustrating turbo tax year I've had. Been using since 2009. Every time I closed out of Turbo Tax my files were lost. I had copies saved on my stick and on the hard drive but the files in the turbo tax were gone like I never worked on them. My daughters file that she has already received her refund on do not even show up that I ever did them on turbo tax. I am using the CD version. I have lost all that I did and had to redo everything. I'm sure once I end my session tonight they will be gone again in the morning. Not sure I will use this again. So sad, until this year I encouraged everyone I know to use it. I have never had this happen before. Has this happened to anyone else?
What's great about it: Love the step by step
What's not so great: files kept disappearing

Like the IRS is using a PIN to file, could Turbo Tax implement a PIN type combo with email or something to securely upload previous files so in the event your computer or tablet dies you don't have to retype like you are a newbie. I didn't like being treated like a new customer when I have used for years.
What's great about it: just keeps getting better
What's not so great: not fun if previous computer died
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If donating goods to a charity, there needs to be a spot to put various or multiple for dates of purchases. When I donate goods to places, I have purchased them at different times, probably even in different years.

Also re state return for Michigan I have had my returns redone by the Michigan IRS and get different amounts back then Turbo Tax said I would receive. Something is wrong in this state tax process.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: MI return has problems

"Deluxe" Works For My "Home & Business" Activities

I have been using TurboTax almost from the software's creation. It should not be taken as odd that I am becoming more comfortable using it as each year passes.
What's great about it: Deluxe performed well in meeting my needs, which included entries for home office activities.
What's not so great: Entering information for Required Minimum Distributions was somewhat difficult.

Stop charging TT customers to file State taxes by e-file! We pay a lot of money for the program!
What's great about it: Love the availability of Uploading tax documents.
What's not so great: Hard to follow where numbers are going - often!
Pros: I bought or sold investments
