Thanks for peace of mind

I have used Turbo Tax for years now.
What's great about it: Asks every question
What's not so great: The Help menu did not work. Had to go to turbo tax website to get questions answered
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

turbo tax rules

What's great about it: everything, very easy to navigate, gives choices
What's not so great: paying taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years. I love it and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Quick easy and accurate
What's not so great: I have to pay for my state e file

Can't get passed a screen & support hung up

We got hung up on a page that want you to sign in with an account are create one. Cannot get passed that page. Called the support number and the person could not help asked us to hold on and the line went dead.
What's not so great: Poor Support for a product that is buggy at best

Turbo Tax Did the Job

It was very easy to import all of our information and do the taxes. I've been using it for years and have never had any problems. For some reason it took a couple times to get the pins submitted correctly when efiling, but once it did, it was all good.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data and import information
What's not so great: Problems efiling due to pins
