Great Refund

The cd in the first Turbo Tax program I purchased snapped while I was trying to get it out of the package. It is very thin and fragile. Therefore, I had to buy another copy of the program. Ukk!!!

I struggled with the need for 1099R form instead of w2 forms. Had trouble locating 1099R.
Turbo tax is easy to use once you get right form up just follow instructions.

I have used this product for years and it has always been great until your 2015 edition. Where do I start. Can't download selected state tax; each attempt the install pop-up shows "installing California....' when I had selected NC. Can't print returns from your print page; no print button. Can't enter in charities and contribution; each attempt resulted in the selections and entered numbers disappearing....just a mess

I was late completing my 2014 return. Customer Service helped me download the software so that I could complete it. The only downfall is that I can't efile past returns.

By walking me step by step I was able to complete my return easier than I thought possible. I had a lot of additional income to add that I never had before because of a retirement. Turbo Tax is great!
What's great about it: walk you thourgh your return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Problem with 1099-MISC

As with previous years, the system works. It's a slog to get through, but persistence eventually pays off.
This year I had a problem entering 1099-MISC, where the software got stuck in a loop. It took a while for the bug to be repaired, and when it was repaired, I didn't get a message saying the bug had been fixed.
