Loyal Customer for over 30 years

I've used TurboTax (and Mac-in-Tax before that) for over 30 years. I keep coming back because it is easy to use and thorough.
What's great about it: easy to use, thorough
What's not so great: can be a bit of a nanny
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Easy and thorough
What's not so great: nothing comes to mind
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

easy to use but some quirks

1) why did my return(s) TIME OUT when I was trying to re-set password? There was no delay.
1) when finishing up with payment, some screens would overlap & obscure, had to play around/work around it
2) don't know why Turbo won't take my old, & supposedly good, password?

Returned after a couple of years with a CPA who cost me a fortune and still screwed up returns - happy to be back!

Good, but confusing for personal business

It was more obvious that we need to do a flat tax and get rid of all the credits, deductions, etc. ... I know I will pay more but less irritating.
Need to segment out personal and business. When I stated I had a business, I should have been taken so that I entered in everything on business.
Also, I use your software everything year. Can you not find my depreciation, etc. from previous years from my previous filing? Having to remember when I put my vehicle into business service, etc. was very redundant and having worked in computer industry, I know this is easy to locate in previous submittals.
What's great about it: fairly easy to walk through
What's not so great: was confusing with my small business ... kept telling me I had an Roth IRA contribution of 1257 and I contributed zero

Couldn't be easier!

Have been a TurboTax user for several years. It's always been an easy-to-use program to get your taxes done fast. They've made some improvements this year, and it's even easier. Has to be the easiest and best way to prepare your tax returns!
What's great about it: Comprehensive, intuitive, and kind of fun to use.
What's not so great: Well, you're still paying your taxes.

It took me over an hour to find a way to undo something that would have made it look like a liar to the IRS. Finally I stumbled onto the solution. All in all, there were way too many attempts to sell me things that I didn't need - especially State income tax, which we don't have in Florida (at least 5 or 6 times-I lost count).
