Frustrating year but got it

I use the CD version, but it takes forever to load the program and the return I am working on. I apologize if this is my internet provider's fault but it is very frustrating. In addition, Windows had to update twice during the process as well (not Turbo Tax fault).
What's not so great: slow to load, automatically chose State to load rather than letting me choose.

Straight Forward Streamlined Tax Return

Confident and Secure

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years, from simple through complex returns. I am always confident in the calculations and tax knowledge behind the product. I appreciate the flow of questions and answers, the way I can get more information about questions when needed, and the way I can ask more personalized questions through the community. Every step - from purchase, to opening the software, through payment of taxes - all are clear. I no longer stress over preparing my tax returns!

The Complete GuideMe

I have been a big fan of Turbo Tax since doing my own tax returns in the 1980's by hand with the tax code and the forms.
I'm very confident that my return is accurate and doesn't include any errors where it would be returned to me.
What's great about it: Very thorough guide through all the different areas

What's great about it: Can either let it prompt you or just go straight to what you need.
