The purchase price is OK and your CD activation for the Tax procedure is excellent. Your gets last years results so easily and the same with any updates needed. Your hold system I welcome each year but the year the process only for temp closing the program then find out how to get back to my stopped area need fixing. Other then that I welcome your system from start to ending. The process of eMail or manual return handling is easy to understand, also. geneonlyme
What's great about it: Easy to load, easy start process, very good instructions on needs, and a value tool for Taxes.
What's not so great: Rough way to exit to leave and return to continue. Procedure difficult to return spot without starting over.

I can't keep up with all the changes you have made recently.
What's great about it: It covers EVERYTHING.
What's not so great: I have a hard time finding my incomplete forms over the time it takes me to find and fill in all the data.

Error

On reviewing my completed forms for errors TT indicated an error with a red rectangle and the words "AN ERROR OCCURRED". No additional help to locate the error. Searched the TT site with no help. I've been using TT for many years with this being the first tine having any error without explanation.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Indicates an error occures with NO explanation.

1099-r for ira issues

when i changed taxable amount, line 2a and cleared taxable ant not determined, my tax due did not change. I had to change gross distribution and taxable amount to change the tax due, and fill in an explanation statement form.
What's not so great: changing taxable amount did not change tax due.
