I once received a question about did I want to amended a previous years return. There was no information as to why it might need to be amended. More information about the problem and the magnitude of the issue would have been helpful in determining if the return indeed needed to be amended.
What's great about it: Very helpful especially with imported data from finiancial institutions
What's not so great: Amended Returns

Makes doing taxes easy

I have been using Turbo tax for about 15 years. Never had a problem it always installed easily and was easy enough to use and understand. I plan to continue using it.

Turbo Tax is great!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and it has made filing taxes easy. They add new features each year which improve the program.

Deluxe 2015

It seems to get more and more detailed and longer to complete every year. I am, however, satisfied with the final results.
One thing confuses me every year. I am signed up for renewal every year and the program treats me as a new customer.
Another thing disappoints me. I am a widower. The is no option to make that selection. Just another example of an old man being overlooked. They do it everywhere there are forms to fill out. Men are not widows. Women are. Look it up.
What's great about it: Uses easily understood language

I've used this for a number of years and find it very easy and not time consuming like paper filing. Answers to questions are readily available.
What's great about it: Importing data.
What's not so great: Trouble filing forms due to misunderstanding Pin number.
