What's great about it: Easy to use - quick return preparation
What's not so great: Like everything

What's not so great: Some forms (i.e. ES 1040) must be searched for

Great Product

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and I will continue using Turbo Tax. Compared a competitor one year and found that they did not get all the deductions that Turbo Tax caught.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy, walks you through each step. Detaermines the best refund method

I have a new computer. It doesn't have Microsoft word, so when I saved my return to a flash drive and went to my office to print the forms off, I could not get my computer to read the file. Going on line and trying to get a file to read the turbotax program proved impossible. Wondering, do I have to have Word to save this to a readable file? So, how can I print off my return? Where do I go to get a program that will read my return and print or...am I missing something?
What's great about it: good layout, easy to read and follow...have used turbotax before
What's not so great: redundancy

I have use turbo tax for several years now. I think each year it get's easier and if I have a question it is easy to get answers.

Need a phone number to call for service for older age people when filing taxes on line to help have a better tax filing experience.

I have used Turbo tax for 15 years or more and I like the consistent look and feel from year to year. I really like the feature of showing previous years entries to remind me on items that need to be reviewed.
What's great about it: Consistent form year to year. Ease of use
What's not so great: none
