What's great about it: I have used it for many years and like the way it goes through the subject.
What's not so great: Like a way to view (over all) at what stage one is at. For each schedule or form. to see if the exercise is meaning full

10 years with Turbo Tax without incident. Pros and Cons detail review. Automating Biz use of Home Form for Schedule F users that would also balance Schedule A home deductions would be extremely valuable.
What's great about it: Ease of use; ability to flip between forms and entry pages; selective (by form) print and/or save
What's not so great: Emphasizing or stressing areas that could generate mistakes; suggest bold text or use of notes, cautions, warnings.

My state return MA was rejected. I was able to go into the return
and correct the information but could not find any information
on e-filing just the state return a 2nd time. The e-mail I received
said that i would be helped to refile after the corrections were made but there was no help available.
Very disappointed

Multitasked my taxes

I was able to complete my taxes over the course of a few naptimes. Pretty painless as the overall layout hasn't changed in the past few years and thus is easy to quickly access the areas I need to add information.
What's great about it: Last years info added to this year easily
What's not so great: extra ads
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Joe's First Time - Typo Error

All in all, it was challenging to do the process for the first time with TurboTax's good instructions. I liked the steps. It should go better next year - I won't make the same dumb typo.
What's great about it: A great step-by-step process
What's not so great: It was slow for me as a first time user.

2015 Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost two decades, so I like it overall. Yet, there is always something that Intuit can improve upon. When I would review a topic area, it does not always remember the selections I made previously. Some topics do and other do not, like asking me if I have interest in a foreign bank account. Also, my tax was computed from the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains worksheet but it does not show how it arrived at the value.
As for the help, I received distributions from my mother's after her death. Some 1099-R forms had the IRA/SEP/Simple box checked and some did not. Even though I typed in a question of what does this mean, I had to scroll and review many results before I was able to find the answer.
What's great about it: Step by step process, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Doesn't remember some selections when reviewing again; Help not always helpful
