Preparing Taxes Using Turbo Tax

It was extremely easy, as always touse Turbo Tax. Unfortunately, it was impossible to print your return. I completed my return January 31 then attempted to print copies for my files and to deliver my state return by hand. Unfortunately, I was unable to print my return as Adobe was not responsive.Moreover, the so-called "help" was totally useless as it directed you to go through Adobe! I fear I will not be able to hand deliver my state taxes in a timely fashion as I am still attempting to print. Moreover, I do not have a copy of my federal taxes, again, because I can not print. Please allow users to print without going through Adobe!

the only thing i am super angry about is it said i get a fee state but when it came down to it i ended up paying for it!! would have been less of a headache just to have someone else do them at this point and cheaper...!!
What's great about it: the double checking
What's not so great: it doesnt save well have to constantly go back threw stuff

I've used Turbo Tax since 2004. This Tax program is easy to use. With the way it copies all previous information from the previous years tax filing it makes it a snap to file. I highly recommend this program.

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. It walks you through all income, deductions. I always feel I have received the most refund due to me.
What's great about it: So Easy! I like the way Turbo Tax walks you through everything.

Disappointed by "hidden" fees

I don't believe that full disclosure of any and all fees associated with filing through TurboTax, is made available to the consumer prior to purchase. It may be listed on the exterior of the package, but in such miniscule font and in unlikely locations that it makes it appear to provide a cheaper alternative than hiring a CPA.
I've used TuboTax for years, and this is the first year that I don't feel that I have gotten my monies worth.

Too much Junk

Everything was fine but I prefer not to have software loaded on computer that I don't pick out. system Healer is something I did not want on my computer

I use Turbo Tax every year and never have any issues. It goes through everything step by step and I can't remember having any problems or stoppages during the process due to confusion. I really like how fast I can file. This year I filed my taxes earlier than ever because I found a great deal on the Turbo Tax software.
What's great about it: Fast and super easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Nothing really held me up or confused me.

Excellent Tax Method

I selected this method over your online procedure, which I did try and cancelled. Having use this each year in the past, the hands on Turbo Tax was best for me.
What's great about it: A guide throughout the procedure.
