Wish I had used this product last year!! At last taxes made easy. It was like having a tax preparer sitting there with me. I had been doing my taxes manually and this literally took me out of the Stone Ages. Thanks Turbo Tax!!!

Easy Peezy

Overall I am pleased with this product it was simple to use and gave me the best options for my return. I wished the state was as easy as the federal. I liked that it imported information from my previous tax file information, at least on the federal. I had to do a lot of looking at my past state forms to get information the could have been imported. I have used Turbo Tax for three years now and I think I will continue to use it.
What's great about it: It was great when it loaded past information from previous year. Questions made it a breeze
What's not so great: It didn't import as much as I would have liked from past state income tax form. I use Turbo Tax last year also
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use

I use it every year, it is very thorough and helps walk you through every section with easy to understand language.
Of course, everyone's situation is different. This year, I found one area that could be improved: the income from 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange transaction). Of all the boxes 1 through 13, what if only box 1a, 1d and 6 have any info reported? The software does not offer help with that situation.
What's great about it: Very Thorough
What's not so great: The section on 1099-B could be clearer

I have been a faithful Turbo Tax person for years, and this years Software seemed even easier to use. Great Job!

Not as easy as they make it out

This years taxes took me far too long to file. Estimated time was 4 hours and 20 minutes! Most likely will not re-file through them again unless prices are more feasible and wording is corrected to not manipulate a higher deluxe payment.
What's great about it: can do it at the comfort of your own home
What's not so great: nothing like having a real person who knows what they are doing in front of you
