It just works

This is my 8th year using turbo tax. I also use it to do the taxes for all of my family. They have always been accurate and helped maximize refunds.
What's great about it: Guides through difficult tax situations
What's not so great: Why can't we just have the state returns included in the product price. It least one.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Always reliable

Doing taxes is never fun. However I've used TurboTax for many years, and it makes it almost fun. I am always concerned about accuracy and want to avoid mistakes; TurboTax has got my back here.
What's great about it: straghtforward to use, makes somewhat complex taxes easy
What's not so great: Very few cons, works well for me

Quick, Easy, and Covered More Than I Expected

It walks you through all the steps. Covered areas I wasn't aware of.
Entering my donations was tedious but it's possible I didn't know how to enter them. For example I created an entry for every pair of jeans. The program might have let me enter "5 Pair of Jeans" for the description then enter the total for the 5 pair. I wasn't sure so I entered them all individually.
I used this software last year and I will use it again next year. Next year I'll need the business version.

Don't know what the other tax softwares are like but I've using turbotax for years and I love it.

Great Stuff

Great software for tax preparation and submission. Have been using it for years and it keeps getting better. I wouldn't consider any other tax software. Extremely satisfied with this product....again!
What's great about it: Easy to us; informative; been using for about eight years!
What's not so great: None that I can think of.

Have been using TurboTax for many years. Gets better each year. To bad I had to pay this year!

I enjoy using Turbo Tax as I am a late filer and always do it at the last minute. Turbo Tax makes it quick & easy
