Works Great

Great program. I've been using for the past several years. No complaints. Very easy to use, even for the novice. It takes you through step by step looking for ways to help you optimize your return. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: ease of use, guaranteed results
What's not so great: expensive to file state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Deluxe

Only slight snag on forgiveness of debt on the Fed form where it adds joint forgiveness of debts together making it appear you were forgiven twice as much, but the Michigan program forced me to file by mail because the school codes were a complete fiasco and it did not like me overriding the 1040 form with the correct school code!
What's great about it: Mostle easy, just tedious.
What's not so great: not flexible when you overide where the form was in error

Easy Peezzy

I have used Turbo Tax for 18 years and find that it is still easy to use. Having my data imported from the last year saves lots of time and reminds me of all those important deductions I have taken in the past. The e-file process is makes filing Easy Peezzy.
What's great about it: Great help when needed
What's not so great: None

Perhaps software should be available on a thumb drive. I wasn't real please with download option because it kept wanting to upgrade everytime I accessed program.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: Need to come up with solution for computers with no cds

Could not pay for e-file

I could not pay for State E-File. Especially galling since it is pure profit for you AND the bug has been there since last year and is STILL NOT FIXED.
Now I have to try to figure out how to State file snail-mail (you've got it buried back a dozen or so steps).
Do NOT LIKE the upsells for 3rd party products at all.
What's great about it: Straightforward. Fast. Accurate.
What's not so great: Could not pay for e-file BUG. Upsells.

TURBO TAX IS EASY

Granted my taxes are not as complicated as others but I have been using Turbo tax since 2005. It covers all the areas related to my income and deductions. It takes me step by step through the process and if I have questions it has links for me to get my questions answered. And I can file when I'm done which gives me convenience.
What's great about it: Easy to use, takes you step by step,answers questions along the way
What's not so great: None that I see

2015 Returns

Overall the online support is awesome. I was fortunate to have had two different people assist me with completely different issues. Professional and courteous.
What's great about it: Marching process has you fill out areas. If you don't ahve info you can return later to fix or add.
What's not so great: Still feel like you might miss some thing. Thats why you have customer support.
