You cant go wrong with turbotax-use it every year

Some of the worksheets and or additional forms could use better explanations during the review phase.
What's great about it: Data transfer from one year to the next
What's not so great: Some forms need better explanation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax could not see my Adobe reader

The point of any tax program is to be able to fill it in and PRINT IT. When TurboTax will not find the pdf reader (Adobe) then you cannot print or preview it. VERY BAD IDEA. Fix it!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: could not print because TurboTax did not see my Adobe Reader. Could not download it because it was allready installed.

I feel confident using Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I love how easy it is to use. They don't let me forget anything and they do the math for me. Yay.
The only complaint I have is the printing option. They need to make it clear and give you the option of printing only 1 copy for your records. The problem is they give you the option of printing what is being sent to Federal and State, which will be duplicates of some. They should say- Print one copy of each page for your records.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks me through everything so I don't forget anything.
What's not so great: Printing option at end of filing is not clear.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax Is The Essential Program

In 2013 I had my taxes done by H & R Block. We had moved back to California from Arizona and I was afraid I would not do the taxes correctly. Well they did my California taxes wrong and when California informed me of it, I went to them to file an amended return. They took forever to get back to me (tax time is over) and when I went in they wanted to charge me for the amended forms until I started making a fuss.
Turbo Tax, make no substitutions!
What's great about it: I love the easy to follow instructions and what I learn on Turbo Tax
What's not so great: none!
