Turbo tax has made filing tax returns almost pleasant. I recommend it to friends and family every year.

Easy to do your Income Tax prep

Used Turbo Tax for many years. Seems to get easier every time.
What's great about it: Consistent process year to year. Able to download most income information. Quickly walk yourself through.
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to get specific help on various problems.

What's great about it: easy walk through and was helpful in finding all that I could get back
What's not so great: only had a pdf copy of last years return and it could not import any infomation from it

Had one problem did not auto load some capital losses from Fed to State. I had to do it manually and do atm also

I really like it comparing last year to this year. I also like the fact that it pulls my information from last year so that I don't have to spend time re-entering it.
What's great about it: Asks me questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
